- Nurture an intentional culture with high expectations, balancing autonomy and accountability, acknowledging the importance of the well-being of faculty and staff to ensure the well-being of our students
- Continue to prioritize the role of professional learning and growth in strengthening and supporting faculty and staff by further developing our professional learning and growth framework in Middle and Upper School and by optimizing the use of Tuesday afternoon meeting times and professional development days, to include consideration of learning opportunities within GOA
